Decisão nucleada
Fundada por um grupo de vinte pequenos agricultores
em Rodeio Bonito (RS), em 1981, a Sicredi Alto Uruguai
tornou-se referência em termos de organização do quadro
social após elevar signifcativamente a participação de
seus associados por meio do projeto de nucleação.
Hoje, os associados participam de reuniões de núcle-
os, com um número menor de pessoas, defnindo suas
prioridades. Assim, têm mais oportunidade de dar sua
opinião e de defender seus pensamentos. As decisões to-
madas nos mais de 200 núcleos da Sicredi Alto Uruguai
são levadas à assembleia geral da cooperativa por repre-
sentantes eleitos pelo grupo. Assim, garante-se que um
número maior de associados participe efetivamente do
planejamento e das decisões da instituição.
O projeto de nucleação faz parte dos programas “Cres-
cer” e “Pertencer”, do Sistema Sicredi. A Sicredi Alto
Uruguai aderiu ao projeto e é a prova viva dos ótimos re-
sultados trazidos por ele às singulares.
Nucleus decision
Sicredi Alto Uruguai was founded by a group
of twenty small farmers in Rodeio Bonito (RS),
in 1981, and became a reference in terms of
organization of its social board after increasing,
immensely, the participation of its members
through the nucleus project.
Today, the members participate of nucleus
meetings, with a smaller number of people, defning
its priorities. Thus, they have more opportunity to
give its opinion and defend its points of view. The
decisions made in the more of 200 nucleus of
Sicredi Alto Uruguai are taken to the cooperative’s
general meeting by representatives elected by the
group. Thus, they guarantee that a bigger number
of members take effective part of the institution’s
planning, and decisions.
The nucleus project is part of the programs
“Crescer” and “Pertencer” (Grow and Belong),
of Sicredi System. Sicredi Alto Uruguai joined the
project, and it is the live proof of the great results
brought by it to the singular cooperatives.
